LG Enterprise is committed to executing exceptional customer satisfaction practices
. We believe that customer satisfaction is of the highest priority and we strive to continue to provide our customers with commendable policies that protect both LG Enterprise and  themselves.

We reserve the right to change, edit or alter our policies and the wording therein. We will not notify our past or present customers of changes made. Any present customers who are awaiting their ordered products will be protected by the policies that were in place when there order(s) were made.   It is the purchasing customers responsibility to know and understand our policies and to review them before making purchases.


LG Enterprise believes your privacy is of our highest concern. We are committed to keeping your orders and purchasing information private.  We do not share any personally identifiable information about you with other companies. We will never sell or rent your name, email address, telephone or fax numbers, address, or credit card numbers.

We do not physically store on paper or keep your personal information on our premises. We do not store credit card numbers at any location. We do keep mailing addresses, contact information, order numbers and records stored securely online within Google apps.  Our production facilities do and will have access to shipping and order information, for production tracking and shipping purposes only.

Placing orders with LG Enterprise is safe, secure, private and easy. To ensure your security, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts ALL of your personal information, protecting your confidential information from interception and hacking. Rest assured, your order is safe with us. When placing an online order with LG Enterprise, you will normally receive four email communications from us, including an order confirmation, shipment confirmation, delivery confirmation, and a request to review the products you ordered. For custom orders you will receive additional Emails concerning approval of the final article. You will periodically receive promotional emails  offering discounts. You may contact us at mailinglist@flex-flyers.com to be added or removed from our promotional offers list.  Additional emails include and inquiries made and replied to.

Retailers Exceptions

We do provide links to our retailers and provide mini ads to promote our retailers.  Information may include address, contact information, image(s), reviews and links to our products within the retailers website. Retailers may request changes and omissions.

Stock templates
Flex-Flyers are shipped using either USPS or UPS.  We package our product using only shipping labels on non printed packaging that dose not revile its contents. Flex-Flyers are made to order and our turnaround depends on the quantity ordered and in stock.
Orders for our in-house Stock Wing Templates are usually shipped within 2 business days depending on our stock and availability.  Larger orders over 25 stock wing templates usually ship within 4 business days.

Custom orders
Require approval by our customization Dept. before orders can be processed . Any in-house customizations must be approved by our customers before any production can begin. Although custom orders may be sent as soon as 2 business days after approval, larger orders may take longer.  Custom orders should be made well in advance of event dates to ensure the order is received in time for such event.  Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for orders in excess of 100 templates. We require an inquiry for shipping and receiving dates for orders in excess of 100 wing templates.

In the case the wrong  order is delivered  LG Enterprise may offer a discount to the customer for the order they received.  It is the customers choice to except such offer, ask for reimbursement, or except the proper order.  All fees for return shipping will be made by LG Enterprise for improper orders shipped. 

Stock Wing Templates  
LG Enterprise provides full refunds for purchases of our Stock Wing Templates for any reason. Returns must be post marked within 30 days of the shipping date, and in the same condition as received. Customers must pay the return shipping fees.

Custom Wing Templates 
  Custom wing templates are non returnable and non refundable. LG Enterprise has put in place an approval system that assures the customer receives what they order. In the case the wrong custom order is delivered,  Lg Enterprise will pay return shipping fees and expedite the correct order using 2nd Day Delivery Methods. 

LG Enterprise reserves the right to refuse service for any reason. We will not customize or personalize our Flex-Flyers using any form of pornography, obscenities, vulgar language, derogatory, offensive, or anything we deem as inappropriate material.
